I offer psychotherapy grounded in Transactional Analysis, a way of thinking about human relationships that facilitates increased self-awareness, choice, and autonomy.

  • A calm space where we move at your pace

  • Finding out what you would like more or less of in your life or exploring what this could be if you

  • Bringing awareness to your patterns, needs, desires, how you speak to yourself or what you might avoid

  • Exploring different approaches together to find a way that works for you, this might include breathing techniques, art, silence, symbolism, going outdoors together or

  • Asking questions about your inner world and how this is experienced by your body

  • Understanding the beliefs you formed about yourself and the world as a child
