Individual Therapy

All standard sessions are 50 minutes.

Open-Ended Therapy — £40 to £60 per session

Short-Term Therapy (8 weeks) — £320 to £480

One-Off 90-Minute Session — £70 to £90 (see FAQ)

My practice operates on a sliding scale within this range to support accessibility.

I believe everyone should have access to therapy, so I also offer a low cost slot.

Sessions are booked in blocks of six and arranged in advance. I don’t operate with a fixed weekly time slot.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Our first step is a free 20-minute phone call, where we can discuss what brings you to therapy and whether we’d be a good fit.

If due to child-care accessing therapy is difficult, please let me know and we can see what our options are.
