Group Therapy in Bolsterstone

A space to be seen, in relationship with others

I’m exploring the possibility of starting a small, ongoing therapy group in Bolsterstone, on the edge of the Peak District.

This would be a monthly or fortnightly indoor group, offering a consistent space to explore yourself — not just individually, but in relationship with others.

At the moment, I’m gathering interest.

What is group therapy?

This is not a support group — it’s a therapy group.

Together, we pay attention not just to what you bring, but how you relate, respond, and experience others in the room.

Grounded in Transactional Analysis, the group offers a chance to become more aware of relational patterns as they happen — and gently begin to shift them.

Why group?

Group therapy can offer:

  • The experience of being seen and witnessed

  • A sense of shared humanity

  • Insight into how you relate to others

  • Space to try new ways of being

The practicalities

  • Location: Bolsterstone (indoor)

  • Frequency: Monthly or fortnightly

  • Duration: 90 minutes

  • Cost: £30
