Group Therapy in Bolsterstone
A space to be seen, in relationship with others
I’m exploring the possibility of starting a small, ongoing therapy group in Bolsterstone, on the edge of the Peak District.
This would be a monthly or fortnightly indoor group, offering a consistent space to explore yourself — not just individually, but in relationship with others.
At the moment, I’m gathering interest.
What is group therapy?
This is not a support group — it’s a therapy group.
Together, we pay attention not just to what you bring, but how you relate, respond, and experience others in the room.
Grounded in Transactional Analysis, the group offers a chance to become more aware of relational patterns as they happen — and gently begin to shift them.
Why group?
Group therapy can offer:
The experience of being seen and witnessed
A sense of shared humanity
Insight into how you relate to others
Space to try new ways of being
The practicalities
Location: Bolsterstone (indoor)
Frequency: Monthly or fortnightly
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: £30

If this feels like something you might want to be part of, you’re welcome to get in touch to express interest.
